Ingredients:
Channa DalPepper Powder
For sauteing:
Mustardcurry leaf
Asafoetida
Red chilli
Method:
*Soak Dal for 1 hour*Pressure cook the dal with required salt
*Drain the cooked dal from water
*Now saute mustard seed,curry leaf,redchilli and a pinch of asafoetida
*Add the channa dal to the sauted ingredients and add pepper powder for spicy flavour
