Vedanthangal is a Bird Sanctuary situated near chennai.We had a trip of about 1hour from Chennai to reach there.But disappointingly it wasn't much excited to be there.There is no proper sign board pointing the way to vedanthangal.We enquired the pedestrians and reached the place somehow.And again there started parking problem.There is no proper parking to leave the car.No hygienic restrooms were seen there.

Its sad to hear that advanced Mobile technology and Mobile towers paved way for extinction of many species of birds..

Being a tourist spot it really needs attention.Being there on off-season
we could see only similar kind of birds everywhere.The season time
starts from February and birds from various places of the world can be
seen migrating here
